Fintech Pro: Custom WordPress Development Case Study
A custom WordPress platform for a financial services product: a booking system, payment integration, and an admin the team runs day to day.
The Brief
The Business
Fintech Pro is a financial services product delivered as a SaaS platform. Customers book and pay through it, and the team runs the operation from its admin.
The Problem
Off-the-shelf WordPress could not cover the workflow. Bookings, payments, and the admin behind them had to work as one system, so the project was scoped as a custom build.
What We Built
Booking System
A booking flow built into WordPress: customers submit bookings through the site, and each entry lands in the admin the team already works from.
Payment Integration
Payments run inside the booking flow instead of around it, connected to the booking record so the team does not reconcile two systems by hand.
Admin and Day-to-Day Operations
A custom admin shaped around day-to-day work: bookings, payments, and the records behind them in one place the team runs itself. It is the kind of build described on our custom WordPress development page.

Start Your ProjectHow the Project Ran
Discovery
We mapped the workflow first: how a booking moves from the customer to the team, where payments fit, and what the admin had to show. Custom development is scoped per project after this stage, against a specification agreed before the build starts.
Design and Build
Work happened on a staging copy with checks at each step. The booking flow, payment integration, and admin were built against the agreed specification and reviewed before anything reached production.
Launch
The platform went live on an agreed date with a fresh backup taken first, and the team was walked through the admin before it took real bookings.
What Changed
The team runs bookings and payments from an admin built for its process instead of stitching together off-the-shelf pieces. The platform now covers the workflow in one system: a customer books and pays, and the team manages what comes in from one place.
