UrbanFit Studio: WordPress Redesign Case Study
A WordPress redesign with a class booking system for a fitness studio, plus a Meta marketing campaign running across Facebook and Instagram.
The Brief
The Business
UrbanFit Studio is a fitness studio that runs classes. Its website has two jobs: help people find and book those classes, and support the marketing that keeps them full.
The Problem
The work therefore spanned two fronts: a WordPress redesign with a class booking system on the website side, and Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram on the marketing side, both pointed at filling classes.
What We Built
Class Booking
A booking system built into the WordPress site so people can move from a class page to a booked place without leaving the website.
Website Redesign
A WordPress redesign that puts the timetable, the classes, and what the studio offers in order, on templates the team updates as the schedule changes. The work sits on our WordPress website design page.
Meta Campaign
Facebook and Instagram campaigns promoting classes as an ongoing effort: campaigns built to a structure, budgets managed inside an agreed number, and performance reported monthly. Campaign management is described on our Meta advertising page.

Start Your ProjectHow the Project Ran
Discovery
We mapped how the studio runs classes and how people find them: what the website has to handle in bookings, and what the campaigns have to do alongside it. Scope and price were agreed before work started.
Design and Build
Designs were reviewed first, then built into WordPress: the redesign, the booking system, and the page structure behind them. Campaigns were built in Meta with tracking set up alongside the site.
Launch
The new site went live with the booking flow checked, and campaigns started with controlled budgets first: what worked received budget, what did not was cut.
What Changed
The studio now has one website carrying classes and bookings, and paid campaigns pointing at it. Both run on structures the team works with day to day: timetable and page content updated on the site, campaigns reported on each month.
